Email cagdas@wpcenter.io and you will usually get a reply within a day. Tell us what the recording was and what you expected to hear. That is almost always enough to work out what happened.
The result does not sound much different
How much a recording improves depends on what is on it. Steady noise such as fans, air conditioning, traffic, wind and hiss comes out very well. Several people talking at once is much harder, for this app and for every other one. Try a stronger setting, and if it still sounds the same, the recording may already have been fairly clean.
The voice sounds thin or robotic
Lower the strength. Maximum removes the most noise, but on some recordings Strong or Balanced keeps the voice more natural. You can switch and listen again before saving.
I bought Pro but the app does not show it
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still does not come back, email us and include the date of purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Apple handles all refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does my audio get uploaded?
No. Noise removal runs entirely on your iPhone and works with no network connection. The app only sends anonymous usage counts, never your audio or video. See the Privacy Policy.
What formats can I save?
Audio as M4A or WAV. Video comes back as MP4 with the original picture untouched. Only the audio track is replaced, so nothing is re-encoded.
